About

With tools learned in the program and your own experiences, Mentors will help guide and advise their mentee(s) so they can gain valuable insight into WPI, internships, and any other opportunities they can jump at. This is a low commitment opportunity to develop strong leadership skills and expand your network.

The time commitment of being a mentor includes a yearly mentor training, weekly check-ins with mentees (can be meeting, texting, email etc.), weekly survey to program administrators, and 1-2 quarterly meetings. The majority of the program is incredibly flexible and can be made into what works best for you and your mentee(s). Mentors can have between 1 and 3 mentees, with most having 1. The program year starts this D-term and runs until D-term of the next academic year.
