Complement candid photography with a program that recruits and compensates students who represent the spectrum that is the student body to “star” in photo and video shoots; cast will have input, to advise and support WPI’s use of their (and other) images across digital and print platforms, owned and paid.

- Use casted and candid photography regularly on owned platforms, social media and such features as “The Month in Photos”
- Editors check in regularly with all writers to make sure asking for pronouns is part of interview process; as approved by the subject and content reflects it
- Increase the number of stories about marginalized and underrepresented students
- Each print edition will include a range of diverse subjects, at least one print cover a year will include diversity
