DEI Professional Development

Promote DEI learning opportunities to help foster an inclusive campus culture

Implementation Strategies and Actions

• Encourage professional development by requesting that all members of the department attend at least one DEI webinar, conference session or in-person event per year (including cultural events in Worcester). To facilitate this, we will email meeting invitations for DEI events to get them on everyone’s calendars as well as email reminders the day of.
