Increase Employee Retention/Lower Voluntary Attrition of Diverse Faculty and Staff

Talent & Inclusion is working on various initiatives to retain a and engage our workforce that includes establishing a new Staff Council, developing a robust set of professional development and learning programs for faculty and staff, establishing a permanent remote/flexible work policy, launching a comprehensive compensation review, improving onboarding strategies, and adding more inclusive features for the campus community.
