If you know the answer to your security question, you can reset your PIN as follows:

  1. Navigate to BannerWeb.
  2. Enter your WPI ID Number.
  3. Select Forgot PIN?
  4. Answer your security question.
  5. Choose a new PIN following the on-screen instructions.

If you are unsure of your security question, or if your Bannerweb access has been disabled, your PIN will need to be reset to a temporary one for you. You may request a PIN reset by contacting the ITS Service Desk.
