  • Proper date, time, and timezone set on device
  • Supported Windows Versions:

Note:
WPI owned computers which have been joined to the ADMIN domain do not need to follow this procedure. These devices can already use the WPI-Wireless network.   WPI does not support connecting to WPI-Wireless or eduroam via 3rd party applications such as Cisco, AnyConnect, or Intel ProSet.  Further, we are unable to support these clients which are secured and managed by an external IT group.  Any device requiring this level of support will need to be escalated to the IT group which manages the device.

Certificate Expiration

When you connect your device to the WPI Wireless Network, you are installing wireless certificates to your device. These certificates expire one year after setup. If your device was previously connected to the network, but not working now, you may need to renew your certificates. To renew your certificate, you must go through the wireless setup process again.
