Process

Complete the required fields to submit the Campus Access Request. Department Leads will review the request.

If approved, you will receive an approval email to  the email you input in the Email field.

If denied, you will receive an email with that decision. Responding to that email will open a ticket within the WPI Hub. A member of the IT Service Desk will be able to direct your request to the correct department lead for further inquiry if required.

Note:
This form must be submitted EACH TIME you intend to visit campus.

Filling Out the Form

There are 5 types of visitors that may request to come to campus: Visitor, Vendor, WPI Employee, Research Subject, and Research Partner. You must select the capacity with which you will be visiting campus by clicking on the necessary icon.

All user must fill out the following to begin the form:

  • First Name
  • Middle Name (not required)
  • Last Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address
  • Company (if a vendor or external research partner)

We ask that double check the spelling of your name and your contact information!

Guests under 18?
If you are under 18 and intend on visiting campus, your Guardian must input their Name and Contact Information.
  • Visitor

    Input the following information:

    • Start and End Date/Time of your intended visit
    • Department you intend to visit
    • Department Contact: who is coordinating your visit
    • Building(s) and Room(s) you intend to enter
    • Any additional Notes regarding your visit: what is your business on campus?

    After you have submitted this information, you must read the Term & Conditions thoroughly. Once you've finished, check the box to agree.

    Press the Submit Guest Access Request button.

  • Vendor

    Input the following information:

    • Start and End Date/Time of your intended visit
    • Department you intend to visit
    • Department Contact: who is coordinating your visit
    • Building(s) and Room(s) you intend to enter
    • Any additional Notes regarding your visit: what is your business on campus?

    After you have submitted this information, you must read the Term & Conditions thoroughly. Once you've finished, check the box to agree.

  • WPI Employee

    Input the following information:

    • Start and End Date/Time of your intended visit
    • Department you intend to visit
    • Department Contact: who is coordinating your visit
    • Building(s) and Room(s) you intend to enter
    • Any additional Notes regarding your visit: what is your business on campus?

    Press the Submit Guest Access Request button.

  • Human Subject

    Input the following information:

    • Start and End Date/Time of your intended visit
    • 4-Digit Study Code as provided by the Researcher you intend to visit

    After you have submitted this information, you must read the Term & Conditions thoroughly. Once you've finished, check the box to agree.

    Press the Submit Guest Access Request button.

    Note:
    The researcher you intend to visit may provide you with a unique URL that has the 4-digit study code already in place. 
  • Research Partner

    Input the following information:

    • Start and End Date/Time of your intended visit
    • Department you intend to visit
    • Department Contact: who is coordinating your visit
    • Building(s) and Room(s) you intend to enter
    • Any additional Notes regarding your visit: what is your business on campus?

    After you have submitted this information, you must read the Term & Conditions thoroughly. Once you've finished, check the box to agree.
