Carly Medosch is a Health Insurance Specialist who has worked at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for over 7 years. She also has over 15 years of experience being a patient advocate and has been a speaker or panelist at several events focused on healthcare and chronic illnesses.

In her previous position as a Health IT Lead she worked to use Health IT to improve beneficiary care and lower costs. She also provided consultation to teams on how to best use health IT in their work. Additionally, she contributed to the model design for the Division of Advanced Primary Care at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

As a patient advocate, she has done a lot of volunteer work to benefit the invisible disabilities community. She was a leader for a local Crohn's and Colitis Foundation support group. She has participated in drug trials. She has also encouraged collaboration between the Crohn's community and other invisible disability communities that use similar drugs and medical treatments.
