Due to a disruption with the cloud services for the SecureW2 application, devices with no or expired certificates have been unable to complete the onboarding process to access the network.


Devices attempting to install the certificates to access the network were unable to do so during this outage.


The SecureW2 onboarding service should now be restored. New devices connecting to WPI-Wireless should be able to use the "Setup My Wi-Fi" option again.
