As we adjust to online service, using a common ticketing system improves the experience for customers in need of campus support.


Several offices, including the Registrar and Undergraduate Studies will now be using a ticketing system (Cherwell, the same one used by Information Technology) to track your requests. As a result the registrar@wpi.edu and virtual@wpi.edu email addresses will now open tickets similar to when you contact IT at the its@wpi.edu email address.


Our goal is to improve teams' abilities to offer help and fulfill requests without needing to bounce customers around to multiple teams.

Action Needed

Using this system will provide you one place (hub.wpi.edu) where you can see the status of your tickets and requests for various departments! Please bear with teams as they transition to this new tool.
