New employees should have a supervisor email
firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Full Name
- WPI Email
- WPI ID Number
- Preferred Email Signature Name
- Employee's Computer Hostname (if they will need the client)
- The Functional Team the user will need access to (eg. Service Desk, Registrar, ARC, etc.)
- The Module(s) the user will need access to (eg. Incident, Change, Configuration Item, etc.)
- Is this user a student or contingent worker?
- Start Date (if a new employee)
Once this request is received, the ITSM team will work with the end user to schedule training, deploy the client, and help them access the system.
