  • Complete Cherwell Training

Requesting Access

New employees should have a supervisor email with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • WPI Email
  • WPI ID Number
  • Preferred Email Signature Name
  • Employee's Computer Hostname (if they will need the client)
  • The Functional Team the user will need access to (eg. Service Desk, Registrar, ARC, etc.)
  • The Module(s) the user will need access to (eg. Incident, Change, Configuration Item, etc.)
  • Is this user a student or contingent worker?
  • Start Date (if a new employee)

Once this request is received, the ITSM team will work with the end user to schedule training, deploy the client, and help them access the system.
