In order for Network Operations to properly tune the wireless network, the WPI Community is encouraged to report gaps discovered in campus coverage. Based upon information submitted, Network Operations will investigate and follow up on issues.
Use the Request Help button on the right hand side of this article. Include the following information:
- When did the wireless network issue occur? Date/Time
- Where did the wireless network issue occur? Please be as detailed as possible!
- What type of device were you using when the network issue occurred? If you were using multiple devices, or others around you experienced a similar complaint, include those devices as well!
- Please include the MAC Address with your devices.
