Activating Adobe

Whenever logging into public WPI computers, each user must authenticate to Adobe to activate their license to use the following products:

  • Adobe Acrobat DC
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Applications

For faculty, staff, and students opening PDFs on podium or conference machines, you must authenticate to Adobe each time you log into the machine.

Upon opening any Adobe application, you will be prompted to Sign In:

  1. Enter your WPI email and Password
  2. Select Sign In

Users will be prompted to sign in to Adobe on each fresh login to the machine.

Troubleshooting Login

If you are experiencing issues logging into Adobe products on public machines:

  • Try the option to Sign in with an Enterprise ID
  • If you've previously had an Adobe Account provisioned through Information Technology, use your Adobe account credentials
