Turning On the Projector

Tap the Press here to begin. button 

Start Page for the Podium Touch Pad.

Choose the Projector(s) you would like on. If you only want to use a single projector, select either the Left or Right Projector buttons. Otherwise, to use both projectors, select Both Projectors.

Choose the Display for the Room.

Source Selection

Along the Top of the touch pad are the options to project from.

Many classrooms include:

  • PC (the podium computer)
  • USB-C Input
  • HDMI Input
  • Pod
  • Blu-ray
  • Doc Cam

Once a source is selected, additional controls may display (as shown below).

Audio Controls

Along the right side of the touch panel, press the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to control the source audio volume. The Mute button will mute all audio from the selected source.

Room Controls

Select the Room Control button to modify the controls in the room.

Control what the Left and Right Projectors' Power with the On or Off  buttonsUse the Mute button to hide the image displayed on a projector (without powering the projector down).

Move the image on the Left and Right Projector screens Up or Down to better meet your need.

Turning Off the Projector

In the upper left of the Main Screen, tap the System Off button to simultaneously raise the projector screen and power down the projector(s).

If you only want to use a single projector,

select either the left or right projector

buttons to only power the room with a

single projector. Otherwise, to use both

projectors, select Both.
