Due to the nature of third party work machines, WPI IT is only able to diagnose issues that occur with these devices, unless the difficulty relates to a WPI-managed resource. Instances of these include requests for or trouble when licensing WPI supported software, WPI account issues, role access errors, and error messages when using a WPI resource such as Workday or Banner. Access issues, hardware repairs, privilege requests, system errors, and all other complications with the machine should be reported to the IT department that manages the device.
Please note that WPI does not support connecting to the WPI-Wireless or eduroam network via 3rd party applications such as Cisco AnyConnect or Intel ProSet. We are unable to support these clients which are secured and managed by a external IT group. Any device requiring this level of support will also need to be escalated to the IT group which administered the device.
