In order to begin the process of hiring a new full-time TT/NTT faculty or staff member, a Position Request/Staff Justification Form must be filled out and submitted to the Office of the Provost. The purpose of the form is to provide position, funding details, and organizational justification for:

  • Creating a new budgeted position
  • Requesting to redeploy a vacant position
  • Request a new position due to department reorganization
  • Filling an existing/replacement position

Once the faculty or staff position has been approved, hiring managers can begin the process of hiring a new employee.
