In support of the Diversity Equity framework, T&I provides dedicated funding, tools and resources on best practices, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reporting and analysis, and dedicated training and workshops on implicit and unconscious bias for search committees and Diversity Advocates to operationalize equitable recruitment and hiring processes.  

Talent and Inclusions provides some recruitment strategies which will help departments develop a more equitable hiring process and, as a result, bolster robust, diverse pools of candidates for vacant positions.
