Parent Plus Loan borrowers may authorize a credit balance to be made payable to the student if the selection was not at the time of application of the loan.
This authorization will be active for the current award year only and must be resubmitted for future requests.
BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I (PARENT PLUS LOAN BORROWER) AUTHORIZE WPI TO RELEASE THE CREDIT BALANCE ON MY STUDENT’S ACCOUNT, WHICH MAY BE A RESULT OF A PARENT PLUS LOAN TO THE STUDENT.
