C Term Software Request Deadline: Tuesday, January 3, 2023
To prepare for the start of C Term, IT wants to ensure all software is installed and available for the beginning of the term.
IT will only be packaging and deploying software that is requested through the Software Request Form (linked in Actions). Requests must be submitted by January 3, 2023 to ensure they are packaged, installed, and tested for the start of C Term classes. Ideally, if you are able to submit by December 19, it will give our team plenty of time to prepare!
Please submit the Software Request Form (linked in Actions) for each of your courses, including:
1. Course Number / Section(s) / Course Title / Term(s)
2. Software Name and Requested Version
3. Course Location(s) – Physical and Virtual Requirements
4. Notes – specific configuration required?
Please note, if you have already submitted a request and received a reply from IT, your request is cataloged! To confirm that IT has received your request, use View My Tickets (linked in Actions).
Additional Resources
Information Technology maintains a Software Library (linked in Actions), so that you and your students can find the locations of the software needed for coursework. Each Software Entry depicts the title, version, and both physical and virtual locations the software is available. Information about installation on personal devices is also available in each Software Entry.
Additionally, we have catalogued our Virtual Locations/Terminal Servers (linked in Actions) and the software available on each server.
You are welcome to refer to these resources in your course materials. They will be updated accordingly prior to the start of term.
