New devices cannot be registered via self-service on the WPI network at this time.
Netreg.wpi.edu, the self-service network registration website, is currently offline. Network Operations is aware of the situation and has engaged the vendor to work the problem.
If there is an urgent need to register a new device, please email your request including the MAC Address to its@wpi.edu.

After implementing a further fix, no issues have been seen with the network registration portal for several days.

Newly registered devices will have issues. Devices that were registered before the Jan. 16 upgrade should remain online with no issues. IT is currently troubleshooting with the vendor.
