Why?
IT has identified an issue with C360, a tool used in the process that transfers data to create certain student WPI ID numbers. IT is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
Impact
New account creation for some students, including summer guest students, may be delayed. Most WPI IDs and usernames continue to be generated.
Action Needed
Issues with WPI ID numbers or accounts for newly registered students or guest students may be reported to the IT Service Desk using Request Help.
