Why?
There is an issue with the Microsoft email service. ITS is currently working with Microsoft support to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Impact
All emails from wpi.edu to non-WPI recipients are currently bouncing. Emails within WPI should still be functional.
Action Needed
All messages are generating permanent errors, so email will have to be resent when the issue is resolved.
