The Cherwell incident management system is being upgraded to take advantage of bug fixes and improved features.
Impact
Access to My Tickets, Hub submission forms, ticket creation and ticket communications will not be available. Please avoid submitting forms or requests during the maintenance. (Ticket creation will be delayed from voicemail to 508-831-5888 and email including its@wpi.edu, hub@wpi.edu, cmshelp@wpi.edu, registrar@wpi.edu, and bursar@wpi.edu.)
