Network connections, including IP phones, may not be available for all users on the upper floors of Boynton. It does not appear to impact the entire building at this time.
Zoom phone users may use the Zoom app on a mobile device with cellular service to make and receive calls.

Phones impacted by the weekend power outage can be rebooted now that network service has returned. Instructions for Zoom Poly Edge phone reboot are in the related article. Avaya phones can be unplugged and replugged.
