Microsoft Teams Missing Channels

Impact

Not all channels appear in some Teams sites.

Action Needed

Check whether the channel is deleted. Report missing channels to ITS using Get Support below.

Details

If channels are missing from your Microsoft Teams site, please check to see if they are deleted by:

1. Right click the team or click on the three dots to the right of the team name for more actions.

2. Choose  Manage Team, then go to Channels.

3. Check for the missing channel  in the Active section.  If not, check if you see it under the Deleted section.

4. If it appears in Deleted, note the deleted date then click Restore to reactivate the channel.

Please report the Teams site, channel, and deleted date to ITS using Get Support below.
