ITS created this new request form and the ability to view all items for a new worker to improve the hiring managers' experience when onboarding new team members.


A single form can be submitted by a hiring manager or delegate to request multiple items for a new employee or contingent worker prior to their start date. The submitter receives an email with a unique WPI Hub link for viewing the status of all items, and making additional requests. This decreases the individual emails, phone calls, and ITS tickets created and tracked during onboarding. The form is also useful for access changes when a current employee transitions roles and/or duties.
