My Tickets, forms, and ticketing communications via hub.wpi.edu and Cherwell are unavailable due to the CrowdStrike issue which is impacting the Cherwell ticketing system.
The Cherwell ticketing system relies on Ivanti, which is impacted by CloudStrike's failed update.
Access to My Tickets, Hub submission forms, ticket creation and ticket communications is not available. Email submitted since the outage began will create a ticket when Cherwell services are restored. The affected email addresses are: its@wpi.edu, hub@wpi.edu, cmshelp@wpi.edu, registrar@wpi.edu, and bursar@wpi.edu.

Cherwell service has been restored. All emails submitted since the outage began have now generated tickets. Additionally, Hub forms and the My Tickets page are functional again.

This link provides updates on the work to restore Ivanti's services. Once Ivanti's services are restored, then Cherwell ticketing services will resume.
