Why?
Microsoft has recently enabled an auto-complete feature for Microsoft Outlook for the Web that attempts to predict what you are writing when composing an email.
Impact
When drafting an email, you may notice sentence suggestions provided by Microsoft.
Benefits
The suggestions provided may allow you to quickly complete your email message.
Action Needed
You can enable/disable the suggested text feature using the instructions in Details below.
Details
To enable/disable the suggested text feature:
- Click the gear icon in the upper right section of the Web client.
- Select View All Outlook Settings.
- Navigate to Compose and Reply.
- At bottom of the box on the right hand side, select or deselect the box under the Text Predictions section.
