Why?
Upgrading to a new Virtual Private Network (VPN) server adds functionality and new operating systems.
Impact
During the maintenance, the VPN will remain available. Following the maintenance, the login will look slightly different. Users will not have to change any settings for this server upgrade; opening the GlobalProtect VPN will automatically connect to the new server.
Benefits
There are new supported clients! GlobalProtect VPN can now be used on mobile devices and specific Linux distributions, in addition to iOS and Windows.
