Why?
The Ensemble Media application server has been experiencing downtimes. Hosted Services is working to resolve the cause.
Impact
There is an issue with the video.wpi.edu server that prevents posting new videos files and Zoom recordings to the service. The media playback server remains fully operational and existing videos are playing without issue.
