With varied departments servicing customers through the WPI Hub and Cherwell ticketing system, customers will now receive ticket replies from hub@wpi.edu.


Customers will notice an email FROM: address of hub@wpi.edu for all tickets submitted via the WPI Hub or Cherwell. Email addresses used to submit issues and requests are NOT impacted. Customers may continue sending email to its@wpi.edu, registrar@wpi.edu, cmshelp@wpi.edu, etc.
