Exchange Online global service disruption is under investigation by Microsoft.
All services using Exchange Online are impacted, including email and calendar. Some users receive an error trying to open their WPI mailbox. Some are unable to send/receive email even if mailbox is open. Calendars are also impacted; recently added meetings may not appear. Email delivery may be delayed.
The issue seems to be intermittent, so if you were unable to login or use email, please try again. If you continue to receive an error, "The message cannot be sent..." or "We can't get that information right now..." or ""Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients" please report it to the IT Service Desk by calling or submitting a ticket through the WPI Hub.
