Why?
Student data will be moved into Workday in preparation for going live with Workday Student on 2/22/2021. Once live, the community will not use Workday Student until registration for Fall 2021.
Impact
All Workday users will not have access to Workday overnight and on weekends between 2/9 and 2/24.
Action Needed
Please use Workday on weekdays from 5am to 6pm during this data migration.
Details
Workday will be unavailable overnights from 6pm to 5am between February 9 - 12. The Workday Student project team will be migrating student data into Workday in preparation for going live with Workday Student. The downtimes may not start exactly at 6pm, but please do not use Workday after this time -- you may lose your work otherwise.
