There is currently an issue affecting WPI-owned equipment on WPI's wireless network.
Some WPI-managed laptops are unable to connect to the WPI wireless network.
If possible, use an ethernet connection to the WPI wired network. If you cannot connect with ethernet, then check your device's MAC Registration. Please see the article on Connect to WPI Wired Network for additional details on using an ethernet connection.
We will post an update as soon as it is available.

Computers are receiving the fix and successfully connecting to the wireless network. If you are using a computer that is still experiencing issues, please contact the Service Desk.

We have identified the issue and applied a fix to Windows settings. Users who have been connected to the wired network should continue to use that connection for the next hour or two to receive the fix automatically. Users who do not have the ability to connect to the wired network should contact the Service Desk.
