WPI's DocuSign contract expires in June, 2021.   


Employees who currently manage electronically signed documents have been notified that they will need to save DocuSign content and begin using AdobeSign.

Action Needed

Please fully transition off of DocuSign and into AdobeSign by June 1. Transition instructions are coming soon in a  Related Article. Adobe sign instructions for common tasks are linked in Actions. You are welcome to contact the IT Service Desk if you have questions or need assistance.


Highlights of electronic signature with AdobeSign:

  • Employees currently managing electronic signature documentation can use Adobe Sign now.
  • Moving forward, watch for updated policy information regarding electronic signatures. If new access to electronic signature documentation is needed according to the policy, AdobeSign will be provided.
  • Recipients of an electronic signature document do not require AdobeSign to sign.
