Please wait until Tuesday, May 18 to access Housing, Medicat, Math Placement Exam, etc. to ensure your account is fully provisioned. You will receive an email when you can access Workday during the week of May 24, 2021 where you will be able to take action on onboarding tasks.
Details
On May 14, 2021, incoming students will begin receiving an email from its@wpi.edu with the Subject: Set Up Your WPI Account – Action Required. The email contains an ID, username, and temporary password.
Incoming students who already have a WPI should be able to login. See the Related Article: Returning Student Login. If you still are unable to login, contact the Service Desk at its@wpi.edu.
When Workday is available, add it to My Apps on the WPI Hub. See the Related Article: Add Apps to Homepage.
Incoming students will find onboarding tasks in Workday. These must be completed prior to registration. See the Related Article: Student Onboarding. Important: Workday articles require login -- click Sign In at the top right.
Setting up third party access (Friends & Family in Workday) will be available during the week of July 5, before bills are available.
