Why?
A security update impacted sign-in for some users.
Impact
For some users, attempts to connect to mapped drives at storage.wpi.edu/home and storage.wpi.edu/dept may result in a prompt to enter credentials. When entered, an Access Denied error message appears. Entering the file location manually also fails to reach the network.
Action Needed
Please restart the computer to allow connection to the file shares.
