IT is working to investigate and resolve this issue, and has escalated to the relevant vendor support.
Wired and wireless network connections may be impacted. IP phones may also experience outages.
As more information becomes available updates will be provided.

Wireless outages have been addressed. Remaining wireless issues may be due to certificate renewal or device-specific setup. Please contact the IT Service Desk if you are still experiencing difficulty connecting to the WPI wireless network.

We are experiencing degraded performance on the WPI wireless network and the issue is currently being investigated.

The Network Operations team replaced hardware to address the networking issues. They continue to monitor network health.
