Student who re-register for course sections cannot access the course in Canvas or Teams.

Action Needed

To see currently registered students and their email addresses, in Workday, use View Course Section Details - WPI. See instructions under Articles, and a video under Actions. Emails sent from Canvas prior to the fix may not have reached all registered students.


Attempts to manually add the student to the Canvas site are overwritten by the data sync from Workday.

Membership to O365 Teams for the class would also be impacted, as it depends on the Canvas integration with data originating in Workday.
