In order to decommission old Nortel equipment, all existing circuits for incoming and outbound calls must be rerouted.
Impact
External calls might be impacted during the changeover; a small number of calls may fail to connect on initial attempt.
Benefits
This completes the phone system transition to newer and more sustainable Avaya technology.
