Why?
Global Protect VPN is being upgraded.
Impact
During the upgrade, all VPN connectivity via Global Protect will drop including any already established connections. The downtime should be approximately 20 minutes within the one hour maintenance window.
Action Needed
The client version installed on devices is not impacted, so VPN users do not need to make any updates.
