WPI has been working on a project to centralize and automate credentialing used by many tools and software.
Impact
During this transition, delays may exist with account provisioning and ID/username generation activities.
Benefits
Faster and more predictable account creation, provisioning, and deprovisioning.

No action needed; the community should be able to login and use single sign-on as usual.
