The Academic Technology Center ATC) is investigating.
As of 2:30 pm on Feb. 17th ATC began receiving reports of issues connecting via Solstice Pods.
Workaround: Users can manually enter in the IP address that’s listed on the screen to connect if they are on the WPI-Wireless or hard-wired PC (instructions in Details).
As of 2/18 at 4:30 PM the issue with the SDS (Solstice Directory Services) that lists the PODs in the app is has been fixed.
Work is still needed on individual user’s devices, i.e. laptop, iPad, or phone that is used to connect to Solstice.
