IT has received reports of some users being unable to access Microsoft Office 365 web applications, including their WPI Email Accounts. IT is investigating.
Some users may receive an error when trying to access their WPI email that they have no inbox or no attached license to their inbox. Senders will receive a bounce message if they try to email an impacted account. Email sent to the affected accounts will need to be resent.
Users may need to sign out of all Office 365 applications and log back in to use O365 products.
Senders will receive a bounce message, and will need to resent the mail later.
Users may also get messages that licenses, such as Audio Conferencing licenses, were removed. Then once their email is restored they may receive another message that their license(s) were added.
