Students have full access to all Workday and Nelnet processes. If a third party has set up an account with Nelnet, Nelnet can still be accessed through the link emailed by Nelnet. Third parties can also contact the Bursar's office (bursar@wpi.edu) or Registrar's office (registrar@wpi.edu) for assistance.

When using the Forgot Password? link, third party users receive a Request Password reset link is invalid or Invalid task during validation error message.
