CBORD has fixed the issue and services are restored. Their development team is working on the root cause, so there may still be instances of instability.

Migration was successful however... Some services that rely on CBORD are not working intermittently including the GET app and GoatBucks. Students are unable to login / pay /reload with goat bucks.
