Why?
The new macOS 13 Ventura is due to be available this fall, but is still undergoing testing. There currently may be software incompatibilities.
Impact
WPI Information Technology (IT) recommends not upgrading to the full operating system Ventura when it is released, until IT has fully tested. IT-managed Mac upgrades will be deferred for up to 90 days pending further investigation and development.
