Chat and email with the vendor, Instructure, is unavailable during maintenance. Phone support remains available.
Details
On October 16 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am, Canvas Tech Support by Chat and E-Mail (from Instructure) will be unavailable for a brief time due to scheduled maintenance. Phone Support will be able to receive calls as usual. Once maintenance is complete, follow up emails will be created.
