Cherwell Service Management, commonly just called Cherwell, is the ticketing system used by various business units at WPI. Users can elect to use the web application, which can be run through a web browser.

System Requirements

Desktop Browers:

• Google Chrome
• Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Mac Only: Safari

Mobile Browers:

• Safari on the latest version of iOS
• Chrome on the last two major versions of Android

Accessing the Web Client

It is recommended you add the Cherwell Web Application as a favorited App to the WPI Hub.
