The Pre-Collegiate programs are a variety of summer programs geared towards students in grades 4-8. Through these programs, participants have the opportunity to learn about a range of topics that are of specific interest to each individual. Find more information about the programs below.
- Spark WPI: Spark WPI is a pre-collegiate program geared towards students entering grades 4-6. Students can learn about a number of STEM-related topics, from music technology to the way in which physics is apparent in the universe to learn how to code. - Ignite: Ignite is a pre-collegiate program geared towards students in grades 7 & 8. These students have the opportunity to learn - through hands-on activities - about subjects ranging from chemistry to video game design. Find more information on the Ignite article linked below.
- Ignite Program: Women in Science: Ignite Program, Women in Science is a program geared towards young women interested in STEM. Female role models will lead workshops in WPI's labs.
